Samsung front load washer- washer is not producing heat. I opened up the dryer and determined that the heating element coil broke and would not complete the electrical path to heat up. I replaced the heating element and now the dryer is working as intended.

Samsung refrigerator not cooling in the freezer but cooling in the fridge. Upon arrival diagnosed found 60degrre F in the fridge. Unit needs a sealed system work on. Compressor, evaporator, three way valve.Hi side drier.

Samsung front load washer- loud during the final spin. The loud knocking noise is coming from inside of the tub where the inner tub support bracket and outer tub bearings are located. Those components are wearing out and allowing play when the tub spins. It will not be cost effective to repair.

Lg front load washer- washer tub seems to have dropped and the door seal is all mangled. She tried to use it like that but the water would not drain out of the tub and is throwing multiple error codes. They just recently moved and did not have the shipping bolts installed prior to moving. Since they were not installed the tub moved around freely and ended up breaking one of the suspension springs and allowing to tub to drop. When it dropped it broke some of the shocks absorbers and the pressure chamber. It will not be cost effective to repair the washer.

Samsung front load washer – customer states the washer is getting off balance and getting worse overtime. I determined that the support shaft and bearings are worn out and allowing play in the inner tub as it spins. We need to replace the tub assemblies to fix the issue. It will not be cost effective to repair.

Whirlpool Duet Washer issue- washer is displaying a F9E1 randomly. Getting more frequently as time passes. I found that the pressure switch hose has multiple rub marks and allowing air to leak. Since it cannot hold pressure properly it is causing issues with communication between the pressure switch and board. Replaced pressure switch hose and now the washer is working as intended.

Samsung Dryer rumbling as it tumbles and there is a burning smell. I found that the blower wheel had compacted lint that was rubbing on the sides of the blower wheel housing as the dryer tumbled. I also found that the exhaust pipe inside the dryer became disconnected from the blower wheel assembly. Removed lint and reattached the exhaust pipe. Dryer is now running and sounding as intended.

Whirlpool Dryer issue- dryer is making a screeching sound as it tumbles. The noise eventually goes away. I opened up the dryer and found that the idler pulley was worn out and causing the high pitched noise. Since the machine is a bit on the older side I recommend we replace the 4 wheel maintenance kit. Customer agreed and now the dryer is sounding as intended.

Washer issue- washer is displaying a OE error code and is not draining the water out of the tub. I opened the washer and found that the drain pump impeller lost its resistance. Replaced drain pump and now the washer is working as intended.

Dryer issue- dryer is not heating efficiently. The dryer tested out as intended. From there I decided to run a camera in to the dryer exhaust duct that leads to the outside of the building to see if it was clogged. There was a bunch of lint inside the exhaust duct and there is most likely more at the dome. Have the apartment maintenance come out and clean the exhaust duct. That should take care of the inefficient drying times. If any issues persist then give us a call back out.

Dryer issue- dryer popped up with a HE error code and would not heat. I determined that the heating element shorted. I also found some other problems involving the moving parts of the dryer. Customer declined to repair.
