Maytag dependable care washer- washer is leaking a bunch of water when it fills up. Sounds like a rainfall of water on the inside of the washer. I determined that the part of the tub where the pressure hose connects to is rusted and breaking allowing water to leak out of the outer tub when it fills up to a certain level. The outer tub is discontinued. It will be time to buy a new washer.

Whirlpool front load washer- washer is sometimes producing a nasty smell when draining and on some loads the water will not drain from the tub and the clothes come out wet. It turns out the washer is not at fault. When the washer goes to the draining portion during the automatic test mode I could hear the standpipe where the washer drains in to backing up. I looked behind the washer at the standpipe and saw water coming out of the standpipe. There is most likely a clog inside of the standpipe. Have a plumber come out and address the issue.

Lg dryer- dryer is making a loud noise during its cycle. I found that somebody shoved the power cord through the wire hole and it allowed it to rub on the tub as the dryer is tumbling. I pulled the power cord back out and another dryer is sounding as intended.

Lg top load washer- washer agitator popped off. I determined the teeth on the agitator stripped out and caused the agitator bolt to loosen and allow the agitator to come off during the cycle. I replaced the agitator and now the washer is working as intended.

GE Dishwasher- customer stated the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes and the soap is not dissolving. She did also mention her wood floors are buckling and she thinks it may be related to the dishwasher. Upon arrival, I tested the dishwasher and noticed there was not enough water in the tub for the dishwasher to circulate properly. I took off the bottom access panel and found a pool of water down below the dishwasher. What is happening is as the dishwasher fills with water almost all of the water is leaking out of the tub down on to the floor. That is the cause for the wood floors buckling. From what I can see the dishwasher is leaking from where the sump connects to the circulation pump. We will need to replace the sump and circulation pump to fix the leak.

Samsung front load washer- washer is not producing heat. I opened up the dryer and determined that the heating element coil broke and would not complete the electrical path to heat up. I replaced the heating element and now the dryer is working as intended.

Samsung front load washer- loud during the final spin. The loud knocking noise is coming from inside of the tub where the inner tub support bracket and outer tub bearings are located. Those components are wearing out and allowing play when the tub spins. It will not be cost effective to repair.

Lg front load washer- washer tub seems to have dropped and the door seal is all mangled. She tried to use it like that but the water would not drain out of the tub and is throwing multiple error codes. They just recently moved and did not have the shipping bolts installed prior to moving. Since they were not installed the tub moved around freely and ended up breaking one of the suspension springs and allowing to tub to drop. When it dropped it broke some of the shocks absorbers and the pressure chamber. It will not be cost effective to repair the washer.
