I don’t know the going rate of service fees for diagnosing issues with appliances but $220 seems steep. Otherwise I love the guys who come out and how friendly they are. They always leave my home exactly the way they found it. They’re very thorough and transparent. They are honest when you need a new appliance instead of starting to sell you an expensive fix to your broken one!
Excellent service!!

Whirlpool Top Load Washer is continuously draining and will not start a cycle properly. I determined the pressure sensor on the main control board has failed. The main control board will need to be replaced. Informed customer there is a service bulletin on this issue and that if the serial number is within the specified range on the bulletin Whirlpool will cover parts and labor to fix the issue. There washer is within that serial range. Call Whirlpool and have them fix the issue.

Kenmore elite dryer is not producing heat. Determined the thermal fuse tripped most likely due to overheating. Customer thinks he may have caused it due to running heavy items back to back. Reset thermal fuse and tested dryer. Dryer is now working as intended. If the issue persist, I would recommend we replace the thermal fuse. Make sure to have maintenance come out and clean the dryer vent to make sure that is not causing the issue as well.

Samsung Front Load Washer is continuously filling up with hot water even when the machine is off. They have to turn off the hot water supply at the wall to get the water to stop. I determined the hot water inlet valve inside of the washer has failed and is sticking open even when it’s supposed to close. Replace hot water inlet valve and tested washer. Washer is working as intended.

LG Front Load Washer that was making a squeaking noise during its cycle. I reproduced the issue by doing a rinse and spin cycle and noticed when the cold valve in the washer cuts off it makes the high pitched noise. I turned down the cold water pressure at the wall that goes to the washer and the noise went away. If the issue persist, the next step will be replace the water inlet valves inside of the washer.

Working on a GE build-in. Freezer door sag. Adjust the door. Checked and tested unit runs ok

Samsung dryer was not starting for customer, but display will come on. After further diagnose the pulley ended up going out first once that broke it ended up wrapping up the belt with the motor, therefore breaking the belt in half. Dryer needs a new belt and new pulley and a deep cleaning due to all the lint inside of the shell. Once those parts were replaced, the dryer was back to working condition.

Kitchen aid refrigerator was leaking water through the dispenser housing. after further diagnose the icemaker tray seem to be broken. Therefore, the filter tube will just leak everywhere causing water to freeze all inside the fridge. With a simple ice maker replacement, Customer was back to having proper ice.

Bosch washer is not draining- The washer was not draining the water out of the tub. I determined that the drain pump filter was clogged with foreign objects that were not allowing the drain pump impeller to turn and push the water out. I removed the foreign objects and now the washer is draining and working as intended.
