I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job for a client who was experiencing an issue with their Thermador dishwasher. The dishwasher was giving an error code e24, which indicated a problem with the drain hose. After cleaning the drain hoses, the dishwasher started working again.

Built-in KitchenAid refrigerator was not turning all the lights on in the freezer side. Also on the Refrigerator side only one light was out. Once unit was diagnosed came back with three bad LED lights once those three lights were replaced. Refrigerator was back to lighting perfectly.

Dacor refrigerator not cooling. Unit keeps flickering on and off. Upon arrival diagnosis found the house has power outage for 20 sec and it took out the main control board and power supply board. Removed and installed new power boards and control board. Checked and tested unit runs ok.

Samsung washer leaking randomly I looked at the washer and determined that the leak they are talking about is from the overflow so I told them to not over load the washer and to clean the washer to prevent the water from coming out the overflow. I also noticed a small leak from the front coming from the dispenser to below hose so homeowner had me replace it

Working on the Samsung refrigerator noisy. Diagnosis found ice forming around the evaporator not draining. Installed heater kit for the unit. Check and test ok.

I was called to a customer's home to repair a dryer that was not drying clothes. After testing the dryer, I found that the temperatures were within range. I also checked the dryer vent and found minimal lint. I then checked the washer and found water sitting inside the tub. The customer mentioned that the clothes were very wet when he grabbed them from the washer. I tested the washer with a load of towels and did not find any issues. Most likely, the washer was overloaded and canceled the cycle. If the clothes going into the dryer are too wet, the dryer will not dry efficiently. Keep an eye on the washer and dryer and follow my loading tips.

Working on a Kitchen Aid ice machine. Bad water valve and dirty condenser coil. Replaced new parts and cleaning unit. Maintenance, everything look good. Putting unit back into operation.

Ge dryer- dryer is acting weird. She will hear noises coming from the dryer when in use and will see the extended tumble button turn on and off when not being pressed. The user interface is failing and is thinking somebody is pressing the button. The user interface is sold as an assembly with the main control board.

Lg dryer- dryer is producing D80 and higher error messages about 5 minutes in to the cycle and won’t dry the clothes. I determined the dryer is fine after running a temperature check and running the installation check on the airflow without the vent being connected. From there, I went outside and found the termination cap goes to the roof and has a wire screen that is clogged with lint and causing back pressure into the dryer. The roof is too steep so I cannot get up there. He will need to have his roofer come out and remove the screen and make sure good airflow flow is coming out. If the airflow is weak, have the vent cleaned out. I did also mention the flow sense can be turned off so he had me turn it off. Just make sure that once a year you have the dryer vent cleaned out.

Whirlpool top load washer- washer leaked a towel worth of water underneath the washer towards the front middle on multiple cycles. She tried it again a couple of times but the leaking has stopped. I determined the water is leaking from the splash guard where the fabric softener dispenses in to. That can also be amplified by overloading the washer and causing the tub to move too much as it fills allowing more water to leak down from that area. There is a service pointer from Whirlpool to replace the splash guard with an updated version with more drain slots to reduce the possibility of leaking.

I was called to a home to repair an LG refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I determined that the compressor was faulty. I replaced the compressor, which was covered under warranty, and the customer was responsible for the labor and materials.

Bosch ascenta compact washer- washer is making horrible noises during the cycle and sounds like it is going to take off. I determined the bearings and inner tub support bracket have failed and are allowing the inner tub to rub on the outer plastic tub and the rubber seal, causing a whole bunch of noise as the washer goes through its cycle. We will need to replace the bearing kit along with the inner tub. It will not be cost-effective to repair.
