I was called to a home to repair a Maytag dryer that was not closing. Upon inspection, I found that the hinges were worn out and needed to be replaced. After replacing the hinges, the dryer was able to close as intended.

I was called to a Hoshizaki Ice machine.Upon arrival, I found that the appliance was not making ice. I checked the drain valve and condenser fan motor and found that they needed to be replaced. I cleaned and sanitized the appliance and now it's back to making ice.

Kitchen Aid Built In refrigerator was not cooling properly. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty main controller. I replaced the controller and the refrigerator is now working properly.

I was called to a home to repair a Whirlpool French door refrigerator that was not cooling in the freezer section. Upon inspection, I found that the control board was not supplying power to the evaporator motor in the freezer. I replaced the control board and the refrigerator is now cooling properly.

My name is Skyler with action appliance, I worked of a Samsung dryer that will not turn on. I found that the belt and pulley are going out. The dryer works perfectly as intended.

Kenmore 70 series washer- washer is making a loud clicking noise intermittently during the spin cycle and is also not spinning the water out of the clothes properly. I opened up the washer and found that the motor coupler that connects the motor to the transmission is worn out and about to break. I warned the customer there is a possibility of other issues involving the transmission as well, and gave her the option to replace the motor coupler. Customer has declined to repair.

Samsung Washer - washer is leaking underneath towards the right side. I tested the washer out on multiple different cycles and even ran a cycle with clothes and detergent inside and I was still not able to reproduce a leak. Keep an eye on the washer and follow the tips I recommended to keep the washer clean.

Ge Refrigerator is not making ice and the filter is not going in properly. Looked at the refrigerator and determined that the filter housing and ice maker need to be replaced

Customer complained ice maker not working. Found ice maker hang up not returning to home position. Replaced new ice maker.

Dryer issue- dryer is producing a D80 error code. That code stands for the exhaust duct for the dryer being 80 percent of the way clogged up. If the dryer cannot exhaust to the outside properly it will have back pressure and cause the dryer to overheat. Call a dryer vent specialist to clean out the dryer exhaust duct. If the issue persists, then the next step will be to replace the thermistors and main control board. At that point I would recommend to buy a new dryer.

Lg Refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice and has frost buildup in the freezer looked at the refrigerator and determined that the water was turned off to the refrigerator causing all the symptoms do I turned it back on and cleaned the frost buildup.

Washer issue- washer is making a horrible noise as it runs. Idetermined that the shifter has failed and is not switching from the wash to spin properly. Since it cannot switch it gets stuck and causes a horrible noise. Customer declined to repair.

Dryer issue- dryer is not turning on. I determined that the main control board has failed and is no longer sending power to the user interface. The main control board is no longer available. It will be time to buy a new dryer. Washer issue- washer continues to fill during the spin so they have to shut the hot and cold water supply to get it to stop. They also hear a clunking noise as it spins. The washer water inlet valves are sticking open and allowing water to come in during parts of the cycle when it shouldn’t. The clunking noise is coming from the bearings and inner tub support bracket wearing out and allowing play in the drum when it spins. It will not be cost effective to repair the washer
