Very speedy appointment and an excellent service provider. I’ll admit that my knowledge of how expensive a service can be is a little low, so I was a little surprised at the price, but Jimmy was very professional. Would definitely recommend this company and this service provider.

Lg front load washer- washer is displaying a LE error message during the spin cycle and making weird grinding noises. I determined the motor stator is weak and could not move the tub during the spin cycle and eventually quit and would producing a error message for locked motor. I replaced the motor stator and the rotor assembly. Washer is now working as intended.

Uline undercounter wine cooler no power. Not running. Diagnosed found open thermostat. Replace new thermostat. Unit now runs smoothly and back to operation.

Working on a kitchen aid under counter ice maker. Customer complained unit not power on. Diagnosed found bad drain pump. Replace new drain pump. Unit started up and running ok.

Lg ventless dryer- dryer is producing to much moisture and is getting in to the display board and causing it to glitch out and not work. I determined the drain pump is intermittently working and not draining the moisture out during the cycle. That is causing excessive condensation and is damaging the display boards. We will need to replace the drain pump and display boards to fix the issue.

Lg dryer- dryer will run for less than 5 seconds then display a TE1 error message on the display. The TE1 error message stands for an issue with the thermistor inside of the dryer. I opened up the dryer and tested the thermistor along with the wiring and that checked out fine. At that point that left only the main control board as being the issue. I replaced the main control board and now the dryer is working as intended.

Jimmy C.
Ge dryer- dryer is taking longer to dry the clothes. I determined the issue was the exhaust duct that leads outside had a wire screen that was packed full of lint. That created back pressure and caused all the moisture and heat to go back into the dryer. I removed the wire screen and cleaned out the vent that connect the dryer to the wall and also opened up the dryer and cleaned out the inside of it. Dryer should be working as intended.

Maytag top load washer- left side of lid is broken. They have to tape it down for the washer to lock the lid. I replaced the lid assembly and now the washer is working an intended. Kenmore elite dryer- dryer is not heating. I determined the heating element failed. I replaced the heating element and now the dryer is working as intended.

Whirlpool top load washer- the tub will move around very slowly and eventually will go from sensing to complete without even washing the clothes. Customer had this issue once before and they replaced the slider to fix the issue. Whenever I would try to shift over from agitation to spin, the shifter would not go all the way down to engage the basket properly. I tilted the washer back and found the transmission is leaking oil all over the slider and the bottom components. The proper way to fix this issue would be to replace the transmission along with the bottom components including the slider.

Electrolux laundry center- I checked the components inside the washer that would cause it not to start and they all checked fine. After that, I was thinking maybe there is a power issue going on since the washer gets its power from L1 and neutral on the dryer terminal block. I checked to see if the dryer is heating and it is not. The dryer can run off one leg of power but if it’s not getting the other 120 leg it will not heat. That leg that is missing to the dryer is most likely the one that feeds to the washer and that is why the washer is not working. I was able to move around the electrical and get the washer to work for a couple of seconds, and then it lost voltage again. I am confident the issue is not with the washer but with the electrical. Have an electrician come out and check the breaker and wiring going to the outlet and if that is fine then have them replace the three prong outlet and three prong dryer cord.

Whirlpool front load washer- washer is displaying a LOFL error message and will not run through the whole cycle. That error message means the washer could not fill up with water in a timely manner. I ran the washer through a diagnostic mode and found one of the solenoids on the cold water valve is not opening up all the way and causing low water flow. I replaced the cold water valve along with the supply hoses and the washer is now working as intended.

I was called to a home to repair a Kitchen Aid under the counter Icemaker that was leaking. Upon inspection, I found that the issue was with the fill pan. The fill pan was cracked, causing the unit to not make ice and have standing water inside the bin. I replaced the fill pan and tested the unit, and it was working properly. The customer was happy with the repair and thanked me for my help.

I was called to a home to repair a Sub-Zero 532 refrigerator that was not cooling on the refrigerator side. Upon inspection, I found that the thermostat was faulty and not sending power to the compressor. I replaced the thermostat and the refrigerator started cooling properly.

Samsung gas dryer- dryer is not producing heat after running a new load of sheets. At first, I was able to get heat being produced, but then after about 5 to 10 minutes, the heat cut off. I opened up the dryer and rigged it up so I could run it while watching the igniter glow. The igniter did glow and after the radiant sensor detected the igniter was on the gas coils should have let gas through the valve body but they did not. The gas coils have gone bad, but on this model they are not sold separately from the gas valve assembly.
