John was prompt and honest. He found the price of repair and suggested the refrigerator was not worth fixing because repairs would be more than a new one. I appreciate the honesty and trying to give me the best value for my money. I would call Action Appliance again in the future.

Dryer issue- dryer is producing a D80 error code. That code stands for the exhaust duct for the dryer being 80 percent of the way clogged up. If the dryer cannot exhaust to the outside properly it will have back pressure and cause the dryer to overheat. Call a dryer vent specialist to clean out the dryer exhaust duct. If the issue persists, then the next step will be to replace the thermistors and main control board. At that point I would recommend to buy a new dryer.

Washer issue- washer is making a horrible noise as it runs. Idetermined that the shifter has failed and is not switching from the wash to spin properly. Since it cannot switch it gets stuck and causes a horrible noise. Customer declined to repair.

Dryer issue- dryer is not turning on. I determined that the main control board has failed and is no longer sending power to the user interface. The main control board is no longer available. It will be time to buy a new dryer. Washer issue- washer continues to fill during the spin so they have to shut the hot and cold water supply to get it to stop. They also hear a clunking noise as it spins. The washer water inlet valves are sticking open and allowing water to come in during parts of the cycle when it shouldn’t. The clunking noise is coming from the bearings and inner tub support bracket wearing out and allowing play in the drum when it spins. It will not be cost effective to repair the washer

Built in GE Monogram refrigerator is leaking water from inside of the fridge.Once unit was inspected we determined that the door gasket on the refrigerator was torn. This will cause the unit to condensate and cause a water accumulation. We did also noticed the bottom drawer may need the ice room kit since that portion also had water accumulated.

Electrolux Commercial Washer- Complaint is that it drains very slowly and ends up displaying a max drain time error code. I opened up the washer and found a big clog that consisted of dog bedding and a foreign metal piece. Removed clog and now the washer is working as intended.
