Maytag dryer is producing a loud humming noise for the first 5 minutes of the cycle then goes away until you start another cycle. I determined the drive motor is failing and will need to be replaced. The blower wheel that connects to the drive motor will need to be replaced as well.

Thermidor ovens given an F2 to error code and bottom oven it not working. I looked at the oven, determined that the control board for both top and bottom oven needs to be replaced but are no longer available.

Whirlpool cabrio washer start button doesn’t work I looked at the washer and determined that the button holder was broken and you have to buy the new display assembly to fix it but they no longer maker it. So homeowner had me cut the button holder off and she can push the button that way

GE microwave not heating and making noise. I looked at the microwave and determined that the magneton is burnt and damaged the frame it is no longer fixable.

Maytag dryer timer is not advancing. The timer motor is failing. The timer assembly will need to be replaced to fix the issue.

Dishwasher was leaking from bottom right side. Door screws were loose.

Maytag Top Load Washer is saying select a cycle halfway through the cycle even though it is on a cycle. I determined the user interface is failing and will need to be replaced. There is a service pointer about this issue and it tells you to make sure the ribbon cables are seated properly, which they are. If that is fine then it says to replace the console. We will also need to replace the slider due to it making noise when shifting from washer spin.

Kenmore Refrigerator is not cooling. Refrigerator has a sealed system issue. Kenmore Top Load Washer is making a loud noise as it spins and bangs around. Washer is going to need a transmission, drive basket, & agitator dogs.

LG Front Load Washer is not letting you rotate the cycle selector knob and you can start a cycle either. There is a CL message on the display. The CL message means somebody activated the control lock. That is a mode intended to keep children from starting a cycle when you are not looking. Deactivated control lock and showed the workers how to do it in case it happens again.

Viking range dome of the burners don’t work and one of the ovens is off I looked at the range and determined that one of the wires to the back right burner needed adjustment so I fix it I also fixed the middle back burner since the pipe was not in place. The big oven was off 30 degrees so I adjusted the thermostat.

Whirlpool Duet Dryer that was not producing heat. Upon inspection, I determined that the heating element had broken due to age. I replaced the heating element and now the dryer is working as intended.

Jenn-air refrigerator the door flapper is not functioning properly I looked at the refrigerator and determined that the door flapper is broken and needs to be replaced so homeowner had me replace it.

I was called to a home to repair a gas cooktop that was not working properly. Upon inspection, I found that the spark module and electrical switch harness were faulty. I replaced both components and the cooktop started working again. The customer was very pleased with the quick and efficient service.

Lg refrigerator keeps letting water out the front I looked at the refrigerator and determined that the dispenser switch was bad and needed to be replaced so homeowner had me replace it.

Maytag Top Load Washer that was leaking during the cycle. Upon inspection, I discovered that the water injector tube plastic was leaking during the fill portion of the cycle. I replaced the injector tube kit and tested the washer. The washer is now no longer leaking and working as intended.

Bosch Ventless dryer door will not stay shut. I determined the dryer door catch fell off and broke. Most likely due to slamming of the door. The frame where the door catch kit fits into was also bent inwards. Adjusted frame and replaced door catch. Dryer door is now closing and running as intended.
