Our refrigerator died on Friday night. I was pretty sure that we would do without for several days. I called Action Appliance Repair on Saturday morning, thinking I would not see anybody until Monday. To my surprise they were able to send John out about 10:00am. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. He had to leave and go to the parts house for a new printed circuit board. When he got back he found that they had given him the wrong board. I’m not sure how John worked his magic, but even with the parts houses closed he still found the correct part and got us going. He could have just let it slide tell Monday, but he went the extra mile and got us going. THANKS John.

Maytag Top Load Washer that would not start a cycle and would quit after a couple of minutes. Upon inspection, I found that the main control board and magnetic clutch had failed, preventing the shifter from moving from wash to spin. I replaced those parts and now the washer is working as intended.

Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling properly in the refrigerator section, but the freezer is I looked at the refrigerator and determined there was a loose connector on the heater so it was over freezing causing air not to flow properly into the refrigerator

Lg French door refrigerator not cooling in Dallas. Customer was concerned about high temperatures the day prior. I checked frost pattern and all was good. Upon further diagnosis there was a negative pressure indicating restriction. I advised customer that parts were covered under warranty and only would be responsible for labor. Replaced compressor, fresh food evaporator, filter drier and did a flush on the Yoder loop.

Working on the Frigidaire range. Broil not coming on at all. Upon arrival diagnosis found broken wires at the back of element. Repaired wiring check and test unit runs ok.

Whirlpool front load washer that was leaking water. Upon inspection, I found that the door seal had multiple rips that were allowing water to leak out during the cycle. I replaced the door seal and tested the washer. Everything seemed to be working as intended.

Top Load washer is not filling with water and ends the cycle after a couple of minutes. I attempted to run a cycle to see what the washer was doing and noticed the impeller and inner tub are not interlocking. The shifter is supposed to be energized by the control board so it will bring the magnetic slider down and interlock the components. I tested voltage from the main control board to the shifter, the control board is not sending the 120 volts the shifter needs to kick on. We will need to replace the main control board to fix the issue.

Maytag washer was stuck in a sensing mode and would not go past that. After further diagnose all the components on the washing machine were working perfectly fine and it checked out to be the main control board. Control board for that unit were on backorder and won’t come in for a couple weeks. Customer needed a new washing machine so I was able to give her the proper information on the right ones to buy.

LG washer was having trouble draining once diagnosed was able to hear that the drain pump was out was making a clicking noise instead of actually draining the water therefore called for a bad drain pump that was replaced wash was back working condition with zero issues

Bosch dishwasher was given an E 15 error code after further diagnosed. There was water collection at the bottom of the dishwasher from a minor drip coming from the water inlet valve once that valve was replaced dishwasher was back to working condition.

GE two and one washer and dryer was not spinning but was draining after further diagnose in the unit was completely opened up was able to find that the belt came off of the motor and the pulley due to socks being in the way, and getting wrapped up with the belt once that belt was back in place washer was back to working condition

I was called to a home to repair a dishwasher that was not draining. Upon inspection, I found that the garbage disposal had a factory plug that was preventing the dishwasher from draining. I removed the plug and the dishwasher was able to drain properly.

Whirlpool range was heating for customer, but would not maintain temperatures. Customer will set it at 4:25° and would end up at 397° to 400° after 20 mins. It would reach to 425° but will slowly decrease. We try to reset the unit and recalibrated it, but was not successful unit will need the main control board in order to be properly working again
