I was called to a home to repair an LG front load washer that was displaying a OE error message and not draining the water out of the tub. I determined that the drain pump impeller had broken and was no longer able to push the water out during the drain and spin portion of the cycle. I replaced the drain pump and tested the washer. The washer is now working as intended.

I was called to a home to repair a Maytag top load washer that was not draining water during the whites cycle. Upon inspection, I found that the timer contacts for the whites cycle were burnt out and not making proper contact. When I applied downward force on the timer shaft, the cycle started working. We will need to replace the timer to fix the issue. The timer is no longer made.

Working on a ge cafe side by side. Unit keeps clicking noise. Relay on the board keeps try to starting up the compressor. Unit is overheating due to debris and hairs on the condenser coil. Whirlpool top load washer loud banging sound and did not spin the water out of the sheets. The only issue I found with the washer was the rotor bolt was coming undone. I believe the main issue is that the sheets were combined with smaller towels, and it caused an unbalanced load. That allowed the tub to bang around the inside of the cavity. The rotor bolt being loose did not help either. I re-tightened the rotor bolt and tested the washer using a load of clothes. The washer ran through without any issues.

Kenmore top-load washer is not spinning and leaking. The washer had multiple issues, including a leak coming from the water inlet valve, a spinning issue caused by a malfunctioning slider magnetic band, and a gear case leaking oil. To fix these issues, I will need to replace the water inlet valve, slider, and gear case assembly. The cost of repairing the washer would have been more than replacing it, so I recommended replacing it instead.

Ge top load washer tub is leaning and is banging around during the cycle. I determined the front right suspension rod broke at the head, allowing the tub to drop down. Since the tub is not in place, it will bang around during the spin cycle. I replaced the front right suspension rod and tested the washer. The washer is now working as intended.

GE top load washer that was not draining. I removed the drain pump housing and inspected the impeller for any foreign objects that may have been causing the issue. However, I could not find any. This indicated that the drain pump itself had failed and needed to be replaced.
