Thermador built in refrigerator not cooling on both sides. Upon arrival notice compresor was stalled. Determined inverter was faulty. After full examination of the unit found a leak in the evaporator causing unit to loose refrigerant and not cool properly. In order to correct issue , we did a sealed system rebuild and invert board swap. We tested unit and it’s back to operational.

Kenmore elite dryer- dryer ran what seems like forever on the normal sensor cycle. She switched to timed dry and that seemed to work fine but she ended up getting a burning smell last time she used it. I did not any issues with the dryer. The only thing I did find was some lint on the bottom of the frame around the heating element that seems to be burnt. I cleaned out the bottom of the dryer and recommended the customer to call a dryer vent specialist to inspect/clean the dryer exhaust duct. I also recommended to use timed dry from now on instead of sensor cycles. Sensor cycles are not very reliable over the years.

I was called on Kitchen Aid built-in refrigerator was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, I found that the bi metal in the refrigerator was faulty, causing excessive frost that prevented air circulation. I replaced the bi metal and performed a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator, ensuring that it was functioning properly again.

I was called to a home to repair a Sub Zero refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found a leak in the Yoder loop, which is a refrigerant line. I performed a system rebuild to remove the contaminated refrigerant and replace it with new refrigerant. After the rebuild, the refrigerator was cooling properly again.

Ge gas range- range started to display a error code on the board. Customer believes it said P76, he unplugged the range and the error code went away but now the touch buttons will not work. I plugged the range back and tested the touchpad buttons. They all were working. There is a chance if any kind of grease or moisture got inside it may have caused the touchpad to act up and display a error message thinking it was shorted. Keep an eye on the range and if the issue persist, the next step I would recommend is to replace the touchpad assembly.

Samsung top load washer- washer is getting off balanced and restating the cycle. He can sometimes make it work by adjusting the clothes and starting the cycle again. I found that the suspension rods needed to be greased with samsung specific damping grease. When the factory damping grease drys out the washer will not be able to absorb the shock from the clothes as it spins.

Samsung Refrigerator top ice maker not working bottom ice maker not working and ice is under the crisper drawer looked at the refrigerator defrosted the ice maker cleaned the drain line and replaced the fill line with heater to the bottom ice maker. Top ice maker might not work properly and they understand bottom ice maker will work now and it will no longer leak

Lg dryer- they moved the washer and dryer out to replace the floors. After they moved the appliances back in they tested the dryer and noticed it is leaking during the steam cycles. I opened up the dryer and found that the hose that connects to the water valve came off. I went ahead and replaced the old clamp with a new secure radiator clamp and tested the dryer. The dryer is now working as intended. Lg sidekick washer- after moving the washer in they could not open the sidekick washer anymore. I found that when they moved it out, they ended up bending the frame on the bottom of the sidekick washer. It bent far enough to where the nut from the rotor is contacting the frame and not letting it open all the way. I beat the frame back down to where the washer opens up without catching on the frame.

Samsung front load washer- washer is not draining the water out of the tub and is displaying a SC error code. I determined the drain pump is electrically failing and is not able to kick on fully to drain the water out of the tub. We will need to replace the drain pump to fix the issue. Customer has declined to repair.

Electrolux front load washer- the washer sounds like it is going to takeoff during the spin cycle. I determined the bearing seals have worn out and have allowed water to get into the bearings and rust them out. The bearings are not sold separately from the rear outer tub assembly. It will not be cost-effective to repair the washer.

The GE microwave display was not functioning properly, and it was not able to do a readout on the digits. I tested the unit and found that the control board was faulty. I replaced the control board and tested the unit again, and everything was working properly.

I was called to a home to repair a Samsung washer that was shaking violently. Upon inspection, I found that the shocks had been installed incorrectly, causing the machine to shake. I replaced the shocks with new ones and reassembled the machine, ensuring that everything was properly connected. After testing the machine, I found that it was running smoothly.
