Washer issue- washer is continuously filling up with water until the water supply valves at the wall are turned off. I determined that the water inlet valve inside of the washer is sticking open and allowing water to enter the tub even when the washer is not calling for it. Replaced water inlet valve to address the issue.

Washer issue- washer is displaying a F11 error code about 10 seconds in to the cycle. The F11 code stands for a communication issue between the MCU and the CCU. I determined the MCU was the control board at fault. Replaced MCU and now the washer is working as intended.

Kenmore Elite Dryer- Customer stated that the dryer was making a screeching sound as it tumbled then eventually stopped tumbling completely. I opened up the dryer and found that the idler pulley is damaged. Replaced idler pulley and now the dryer is working as intended.
