I was called to repair a Bosch dishwasher that was not draining. Upon inspection, I found that a piece of broken glass was stuck between the drain pump impeller and the drain pump housing. I removed the impeller and housing, cleaned the debris, and reassembled the dishwasher. The dishwasher was then tested, and it was working properly.

Maytag dryer- dryer is having a hard time exhausting the moisture to the outside and the dryer will not power on. The moisture issue was due to the dryer vent being too long and restricting airflow to the outside. We shortened the vent and cleaned the termination cap by hand. The power issue was fixed by unplugging the dryer for about 5 minutes and letting the control boards reset. Now the dryer is powering on and working as intended. If the issue comes back with the dryer not powering on, the next step will be to replace the electronic boards in the dryer.

The customer's LG washing machine was making a loud roar while spinning. Upon inspection, the technician found that the bearings were faulty. The technician replaced the bearings and the inner tub, and the machine is now running smoothly. The customer was only responsible for the bearing replacement labor and parts, as the inner tub was covered under warranty.

Ge top load washer- when trying to use cold water the washer will only put out hot water. I found the water supply lines were reversed. Hot was going too cold and cold was going too hot. I unreversed them and now cold water is coming out when using the cold temperature setting.

Lg front load washer- washer drain hose popped out of the standpipe and leaked water all over the floor. They re-inserted the drain hose in to the standpipe but do not want to use the washer until they know it is good to go. I secured the drain hose to the inlet hoses that way it no longer pops out and tested the washer. The washer checked out fine and should be good to use.

Thermador built in refrigerator not cooling on both sides. Upon arrival notice compresor was stalled. Determined inverter was faulty. After full examination of the unit found a leak in the evaporator causing unit to loose refrigerant and not cool properly. In order to correct issue , we did a sealed system rebuild and invert board swap. We tested unit and it’s back to operational.

Kenmore elite dryer- dryer ran what seems like forever on the normal sensor cycle. She switched to timed dry and that seemed to work fine but she ended up getting a burning smell last time she used it. I did not any issues with the dryer. The only thing I did find was some lint on the bottom of the frame around the heating element that seems to be burnt. I cleaned out the bottom of the dryer and recommended the customer to call a dryer vent specialist to inspect/clean the dryer exhaust duct. I also recommended to use timed dry from now on instead of sensor cycles. Sensor cycles are not very reliable over the years.

I was called on Kitchen Aid built-in refrigerator was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, I found that the bi metal in the refrigerator was faulty, causing excessive frost that prevented air circulation. I replaced the bi metal and performed a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator, ensuring that it was functioning properly again.

I was called to a home to repair a Sub Zero refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found a leak in the Yoder loop, which is a refrigerant line. I performed a system rebuild to remove the contaminated refrigerant and replace it with new refrigerant. After the rebuild, the refrigerator was cooling properly again.
