The GE microwave display was not functioning properly, and it was not able to do a readout on the digits. I tested the unit and found that the control board was faulty. I replaced the control board and tested the unit again, and everything was working properly.

I was called to a home to repair a Samsung washer that was shaking violently. Upon inspection, I found that the shocks had been installed incorrectly, causing the machine to shake. I replaced the shocks with new ones and reassembled the machine, ensuring that everything was properly connected. After testing the machine, I found that it was running smoothly.

I was called to a home to repair a Samsung dryer that was not heating. Upon inspection, I determined that the heating element was faulty. I cleaned out the unit and lubricated the rollers. After reassembling the unit, I tested it and found that it was now fully functional and running smoothly.

LG top load washer leaving a white film on black clothing- I tested the washer out and found no problems with the filling or agitation of the washer. I believe the issue is that the tubs are dirty and need to be cleaned out more often using tub clean. Follow the cleaning regiment I had you write down and use citric acid power for the cleaning agent.

Whirlpool top load washer wet clothes at end of cycle I ran the diagnostic mode and I found that the washer is displaying two error codes. One is for an open circuit on the drive motor and the other is for a loss of signal from the tachometer. I tested continuity from the motor connections to the board and found a broken connection in one of the wires. We will need to replace the lower wiring harness. I also highly believe the main control board has been damaged as well due to how the washer is acting. Customer declined to repair.

Dryer issue- dryer is producing a D80 error code. The code stands for the dryer detecting a 80 percent blockage in the venting system for the dryer. I ran a camera through the wall duct leading to the outside and found no blockages. I inspected the inside of the lint filter chute and that was clear we well. At this point it means the dryer sensors and electronics have become too sensitive and are producing false error codes. I disabled the D80 error code function that way it does not pop up anymore. If for some reason the error code persists, then the next step will be to replace the sensors and electronics inside the dryer. At that point it may not be cost effective to repair.

Washer issue- washer is continuously filling up with water until the water supply valves at the wall are turned off. I determined that the water inlet valve inside of the washer is sticking open and allowing water to enter the tub even when the washer is not calling for it. Replaced water inlet valve to address the issue.

Washer issue- washer is displaying a F11 error code about 10 seconds in to the cycle. The F11 code stands for a communication issue between the MCU and the CCU. I determined the MCU was the control board at fault. Replaced MCU and now the washer is working as intended.
