John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He tried to save me some money on my repairs through the manufacturer and I appreciated that. He explained the issues and what needed to be done in a way that was easy for me to understand. He works very fast and left my home clean afterwards. I was very happy with his work! Samsung Refrigerator making noise looked at the and determined that the fan was hitting ice causing the noise so it needs an extra heater and sensor told homeowner and he had me fix it.

Kenmore 80 series top load washer- washer is making a loud noise and the tub will not spin. I determined the motor coupler that connects the motor to the transmission broke. I replaced the motor coupler, and now the washer is sounding and running as intended.

Ge dryer- dryer is not powering on at all. Even the light inside of the drum does not come on anymore. I determined the dryer is not at fault. What I found is the dryer power outlet is becoming loose and not making proper contact with the dryer power cord. Once I expanded the prongs on the dryer cord, I was able to get the dryer to turn back on. That is not a long term solution. What you need to have done is to call a electrician and have him replace the dryer power outlet along with the dryer power cord.

I was called to a home to repair a Whirlpool washing machine that was making a loud banging noise. Upon inspection, I found that the suspension rods were worn and needed to be replaced. I removed the old rods and installed new ones, and the machine is now running smoothly.

Maytag top load washer- washer is not doing anything. You can hear the motor in the background running but the clothes are not moving and are coming out wet. I determined the drive belt has slipped off the motor and transmission pulleys due to the transmission seal wearing out and allowing water and oil to come down and coat the pulleys in a slippery mixture. To fix the issue we will need to replace the transmission and belt. It will not be cost effective to repair.

Ge profile dryer- dryer is not producing heat. I determined one of the voltage wires on the right side that is purple burnt up due to bad design. I replaced the connector and the wiring that burnt up and now the dryer is working as intended.

I was called to a home to repair a Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found that the door flapper was broken and the drain bills were clogged. This caused the unit evaporator cover to frost over and not allow air to circulate property .I cleared the drain and replaced the flapper. After completing the repairs, the refrigerator was cooling properly.

Whirlpool dryer no heat- I found that the thermostats on the heating element housing failed. In this case, it was just due to age. I replaced the thermostat kit and now the dryer is heating as intended.
