Maytag dryer that was making a high-pitched noise. After inspecting the dryer, I determined that one of the drum support roller bushings was worn out and causing the issue. To be safe, I replaced the 4-wheel maintenance kit to help the dryer last longer. After testing the dryer, I was able to confirm that the noise was gone.

Working on the resident all unit are sub-zero and wolf range, microwave. Customer needs maintenance and some repairs. I ordered all original parts from the manufacture and installed it back to the units. They all checked out ok.

GE Top Load Washer is sounding like it’s off balanced during the wash and is making a rubbing type sound. Somehow the tub was able to move out of the left and right side brackets that keep it centered when it goes off balance. The right side of the tub went over the right side bracket and is stuck causing the noises. I can try to lift up the tub and move it back in place and realign the bracket. The cause of this issue may be because of overloading or it could also be failing suspension rods or transmission. For me to know I would need to fix the initial issue and test it.

Working on this resident they got all sub-zero and wolf product. Refrigerator needs maintenance, wolf range large oven broiled non-op. Upon arrival diagnosis found wolf range broiled glow-bar defective. Removed and installed a new glow-bar. Checked and tested unit runs ok. Cleaning and vacuum condenser coil on all refrigerator and wine cooler. Checked temperature on all of them. Checked drains. All unit runs ok.

LG Top Load Washer will not start a cycle and displays a DL error message. DL means the lid was not able to lock to start a cycle. I opened up the console and so I could take an ohms reading on the lid lock motor. The reading we’re out of range so that means the lid lock has gone bad. There is a chance to main control board could be damaged as well. The lid lock is available, but the main control board is not available anymore.

I was called to repair a Bosch dishwasher that was leaking in the drip pan. Upon inspection, I found that the diverter was the culprit. I replaced the diverter and the leak was fixed.

Whirlpool Top Load Washer that was flashing a series of lights after getting unbalanced. The error code indicated that the machine was getting off balance and pausing itself to avoid damage. I found that the washer had not been installed properly, and the front right leg was not level. I leveled the leg and moved the washer to the left side to get the legs off of the grout lines on the floor. I tested the washer using a blanket and some towels, and everything went through without troubles.

Samsung washer would start and we just try to balance itself. The whole time after further diagnose did come to find that the damping rods needed to be re-grease due to tub bouncing all over the place. Therefore, when I go past the first cycle, once the roads were greased, washer was back to working perfect condition.
