Whirlpool Top Load Washer that was flashing a series of lights after getting unbalanced. The error code indicated that the machine was getting off balance and pausing itself to avoid damage. I found that the washer had not been installed properly, and the front right leg was not level. I leveled the leg and moved the washer to the left side to get the legs off of the grout lines on the floor. I tested the washer using a blanket and some towels, and everything went through without troubles.

Samsung washer would start and we just try to balance itself. The whole time after further diagnose did come to find that the damping rods needed to be re-grease due to tub bouncing all over the place. Therefore, when I go past the first cycle, once the roads were greased, washer was back to working perfect condition.

I was called to a home to repair a Subzero 642 refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found that the sealed system had a leak. I replaced the evaporator, heat exchanger, dryer, compressor, and flushed out the high side with rx11. After completing the repairs, the refrigerator was cooling properly.

Samsung front load washer AE6 error message. The washer was filling with water when it suddenly displayed an AE6 error message. They tried to unplug the washer, but the issue persisted. I determined inverter board was the main culprit, but it is recommended to replace both boards to ensure proper functionality.

Maytag top load washer that was not filling with water. I checked the components down below and did not find any issues with the wiring or capacitor. I plugged the washer back in and threw some clothes in the tub and the washer started to work. The computer may have just needed to be reset. Keep an eye on the washer and if the issue persists, give us a call back out.

Kenmore 80 series top load washer- washer is making a loud noise and the tub will not spin. I determined the motor coupler that connects the motor to the transmission broke. I replaced the motor coupler, and now the washer is sounding and running as intended.

Ge dryer- dryer is not powering on at all. Even the light inside of the drum does not come on anymore. I determined the dryer is not at fault. What I found is the dryer power outlet is becoming loose and not making proper contact with the dryer power cord. Once I expanded the prongs on the dryer cord, I was able to get the dryer to turn back on. That is not a long term solution. What you need to have done is to call a electrician and have him replace the dryer power outlet along with the dryer power cord.
