Martin and Action Appliance were perfect. Quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and didn't try to push any service on me when he knew it wouldn't be worth it. Cannot recommend the company and the technician highly enough.

John diagnosed a difficult problem and resolved. The water pipe was too short to the ice machine chute resulting in leakage. This lead to the defroster not working properly and causing a number of issues. Excellent work by John.

Two part review. Fresh food was keeping low enough temperature and mold showing up. Checked the internet and mfg website but no solution so Action was called this morning and got afternoon appointment. Better yet tech (Brian) finished early as was able to come this morning. Quick diagnostic check determined cooling fan in fresh food compartment not pushing enough cold air. Time to replace it along with the cover for compartment that had mold. Parts were available for this GE French Door model so Action will be back in morning to replace fan and insulation cover. Right away the temp got colder and by evening A-OK. See photos. Part 2. Tech returned on time and commenced to work. Much faster this time as he did not have defrost the compartment and familiar with this model. He took out the bad cooling fan and showed how it had gone bad. Also pickup the old insulation panel and it was noticeably heavier with the water that did not evaporate due to run down cooling fan. Everything put back in order and very happy with outcome. Fast response to call and quick fix.

LG dryer that was making a loud noise as it ran. Upon further inspection, I determined that one of the drum support rollers was worn out and causing the noise. I recommended replacing all the 4 roller assemblies to prevent future issues. Additionally, the drive belt was also dried up and cracking, so I replaced all four dryer support rollers and drive belt. After testing the dryer, it is now sounding as intended.

LG Dryer is displaying a TE1 error message about 5 seconds in to the cycle and will not continue drying. TE1 means the main control board thinks the blower housing thermistor has out of range ohms readings. I opened up the dryer and checked the ohms on the thermistor. The thermistor ohms are within range. At that point, the issue is going to be the main control board has failed and is inaccurately reading the thermistor ohms.

I was called to a home to repair a Bosch dryer that was not producing heat. Upon inspection, I found that the hi limit thermostat had tripped due to potential overheating. I reset the thermostat and tested the dryer, and it was heating properly. The common cause of this issue is that the dryer exhaust duct that goes outside is packed with lint.

Samsung Flex Washer that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the door handle was broken off due to the husband attempting to open the lid. I tried to turn the washer on, but there was no display. I also noticed that the bottom washer had left water in the tub and did not finish the cycle. I attempted to turn that one on, but the same chime and no display happened. The next step will be to replace the UI boards and main control board.

GE Top Load Washer- washer fills for a couple of seconds then stops them stops running and shuts off. I ran the washer through a cycle and was not able to reproduce the issue. Checked for error codes on the main control board and motor control board but found nothing. Keep an eye on the washer and if the issue persist, take a video so I can see what is happening.

Customer complained that the washer wouldn’t stop draining. They had to unplug the machine for it to stop. After diagnosing the unit I determined that the control board was going bad causing the the drain pump to keep on running. Checked the pressure sensor and it wasn’t clogged. Recommend to get the pressure sensor, control board and drain pump replaced. Customer declined the repair as they wish to buy a new unit.

LG Top Load Washer leaked water on the floor. After checking the washer multiple times, I could not find any issues. I advised the homeowner to keep an eye on the washer and if the issue persists, to check the back of the washer where the washer drains in to the pluming standpipe and see if it is wet around there. If it is, that would indicate it is backed up and overflowing from the standpipe and will need to be cleaned by a plumber.
