Actual 5 star service, showed up earlier than expected, very knowledgeable and personable. Hope we don't need their service again, but they will certainly be the first we call if the need arises. Whirlpool dryer is not producing heat. I determined the heating element broke due to wear and tear. Replaced heating element and tested dryer. Dryer is now working as intended.

LG top load washer is displaying a PE error right when you start a cycle. I determined the pressure switch has failed and will need to be replaced. There is a chance the main control board is bad as well and will need to be replaced.

Kitchenaid Dishwasher not mounted properly so I mounted it whirlpool Cabrio washer leaking when off. I looked at the washer and determined that the water valve needs to be replaced

Whirlpool Top Load Washer is not draining the water out of the tub and is making a weird noise from the drain pump. I determined the drain pump impeller drive shaft broke most likely due to wear and tear. Replaced drain pump assembly and tested washer. Washer is now working as intended.

Whirlpool top load washer is continuously draining even when off and will not start a cycle anymore. I determined the pressure sensor that is built onto the main control board has failed. On this machine when it fails, it will make the controller think it is full of water and kick on the drain pump forever. Main control board will need to be replaced.

Microwave was not powering on . After inspection of microwave, came to conclusion that unit is not getting 120 volts. Customer has an electrical problem.

I was called to a Whirlpool front load washer that was throwing suds error code. I found a glove and other foreign objects causing a clog in the drain pump filter. I removed the clog and tested the washer. The washer is now working as intended. If the issue persists, the drain pump will need to be replaced. Cleaned out dryer exhaust duct as well.

Kenmore elite washer is not finishing a cycle intermittently. We looked in the diagnostic mode and found a F02 error code. That error means the washer could not drain in a timely manner. Looked at drain pump filter and found it was clogged with a wash cloth and other foreign items. Unclogged filter and tested washer. Washer is now working as intended. Cleaned out dryer exhaust duct as well.

GE front load washer that was taking forever to wash a load and making loud bowling ball sounds as it spun. Upon inspection, I determined that the inner tub spider assembly was worn, the outer rear tub bearings were worn, and the shock absorbers were giving out. It was not cost-effective to repair the washer.

Maytag top load washer is making a high pitched noise even when the washer is not in use. I determined the washer is not causing the noise, it is coming from the plumbing area that supplies water to the washer. Have a plumber come out and address the issue.

Clicks like its trying to ignite until at least one burner is lit. Will continue clicking if no burners are lit until unplugged from power. I suspect its the igniter swithes, but when I tried to access them through the burner heads, I was unable to remove the screws due to age and condition. Upon arrival diagnosis found the spark switch on the right front burner is out but it also grounded out the spark module. With this repair we must pull the cooktop off to get access to the parts and replace them with the new one.

Whirlpool gold downdraft cooktop back right burner is not working. I looked at the cooktop and determined that that element was bad but it’s no longer available.
