Deimy Garcia came at the appointment time. I received a text and His picture when he was on the way. He fixed the washer, advised me on operating issues. Very honest. He could have replaced parts that I did not need. How would I know? He was here over an hour making sure all was working. He only charged me for the service call that I was quoted when making the appointment. He is the only company I will call for future appliance service.
Very professional.

I unfortunately had to navigate a work obligation while Jimmy was on site repairing our washer. He was an absolute pro about it, however, and was patient with me and my distraction. Would definitely call him again in the future.

Greg took care of us! Our oven was acting up. We got same day service and the problem was fixed. Greg needed a part to repair the oven. He ran across town, got the part and fixed it without another appointment. We’ll be using Greg again if anything else comes up!

Diagnosed the problem on our old fridge, identified the part to be replaced, and made the actual repair fairly quickly. Only hiccup was that he didn't have the part on his truck (again, it's an old refrigerator), and he had to go get the part, taking up more time. Not his fault, of course. Just frustrating. Very customer friendly attitude the whole time.
Great Company!

Lg front load washer leaking- customer informed me his cat bit holes in to the drain hose. I replaced the drain hose. I also found the manual drain hose for the drain pump was close to having a hole due to it rubbing on the metal where it sits in. Replaced manual drain hose as well. Tested washer and now it is no longer leaking.

Whirlpool dryer- dryer is overheating and she is getting a burning smell. I got behind the dryer and tested for proper temperatures. The dryer is getting stuck around 140ish degrees and not shutting off. I tested the element and found it was shorted and touching the metal of the housing it sits in. When that happens it will continuously heat in the spot it is touching. Replaced heating element along with the thermostats and now the dryer is working as intended.

Samsung front load washer- washer is making intermittent loud noises during the spin cycle. Weight does not seem to make a difference. I determined the spider assembly is starting to warp and allowing the inner tub to spin off center. That is causing a loud knocking noise as the washer spins. It will not be cost effective to repair the washer.

I was called to a home to repair a Kenmore built-in refrigerator that was leaking from the bottom. Upon inspection, I discovered that the inlet line to the filter housing had a pin-size hole. The filter housing was no longer available, so I managed to find a compatible line and run it through the back to mirror the original design. I then replaced the filter housing and connected the new line, successfully resolving the leak.

Ge top load washer- customer last used the washer on Saturday and did not notice any leaks. The next day on Sunday, his son noticed some water in front of the washer, even though they have not ran it since Saturday. I ran the washer through multiple cycles and was not able to reproduce any leaks. Keep an eye on the washer and if the issue persists, please take a video so we can try to pinpoint it a little bit better.

Customer issue- the dryer is producing a af error message towards the end of the cycle. That error message stands for an airflow issue with the dryer exhaust system. I looked outside at the termination cap for the dryer exhaust duct and it was packed with lint. Removed lint and that increased the airflow. Opened up dryer and cleaned it out as well to avoid any possible fires. I found the idler pulley is worn out so customer agreed to replacing it as well to prevent future problems.

Whirlpool top load washer- washer will start a cycle for a couple of seconds, you can hear a buzzing noise but the washer tub does not move and then it ends the cycle and says done. I found that the start capacitor blew and allowed the conductive liquid to leak out of it and not be able to send the power to the drive motor to jumpstart. There may be a chance the drive motor is bad as well or maybe even the control board, but we will not know until the capacitor is replaced. Customer has declined to repair.

Maytag top load washer- agitator broke during the cycle. Upon inspection, I found that the bottom side of the upper agitator where the bolt holds on to broke and allowed the upper agitator to come loose from the bottom agitator. I replaced the upper agitator and now the washer is back up and running.

The customer was experiencing an issue with their Whirlpool oven not heating. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the oven was not heating due to the customer running the self clean option. The self clean option caused the oven to overheat and trip the thermal cut off. The part was replaced and the oven is now in working order.

Complaint: Scott's man ice maker ice maker is leaking water when ice is being dropped into the bucket Correction: Deep clean ice maker with descaler and sanitizer Replaced circulation pump, pressure switch , pressure switch hose , pressure switch adapter will also need to be replaced due to sediment build up due to lack of maintenance

Maytag Centennial Dryer- dryer kept continuously running even after the buzzer went off, and when he went to go start his next cycle, he could hear the igniter turn on, but the drum would never tumble. There is two issues with the dryer. First issue is the push to start switch has shorted inside and is continuously sending power down to the drive motor. The second issue is the drive motor has failed and is buzzing and will not turn over. We will need to replace the push to start switch and the drive motor to fix the issue.

Maytag Neptune washer- washer sounds like jet engine during the spin cycle. The seals that stop water from getting in to the bearings have deteriorated and allowed the tub bearings to rust. That is causing excessive noise during the cycle. We will need to replace the seal kit and tub bearings. The tub bearings are discontinued and will need to be replaced by using aftermarket parts.

Lg front load washer- washer is leaking water out the bottom during its cycle. I determined that the door boot seal on the bottom became loose from where it connects to the outer tub. I opened up the washer and reinstalled the door boot seal into the grooves in the outer tub and reinstalled the outer spring clamp. Tested the washer out and now it is no longer leaking.

Whirlpool dryer- dryer is heating but it is taking multiple cycles to dry. Upon arrival, I turned the dryer and checked for heat. The heat is present. From there I went outside to inspect the dryer exhaust duct to make sure it was not clogged with lint. It was not. At that point I let the cycle run for about 30 plus minutes and was not able to reproduce any issues. I believe the most likely cause is the gas coils on the gas valve are failing and not allowing gas to come in. I would recommend we replace the gas valve assembly that includes the gas coils.

Samsung stacked dryer- dryer is not producing heat and is making a loud noise during the cycle. I found the heating element coil snapped due to wear and tear and the rear right side roller gave out as well. Replaced those two parts and now the dryer is working as intended.
