Two part review. Fresh food was keeping low enough temperature and mold showing up. Checked the internet and mfg website but no solution so Action was called this morning and got afternoon appointment. Better yet tech (Brian) finished early as was able to come this morning. Quick diagnostic check determined cooling fan in fresh food compartment not pushing enough cold air. Time to replace it along with the cover for compartment that had mold. Parts were available for this GE French Door model so Action will be back in morning to replace fan and insulation cover. Right away the temp got colder and by evening A-OK. See photos. Part 2. Tech returned on time and commenced to work. Much faster this time as he did not have defrost the compartment and familiar with this model. He took out the bad cooling fan and showed how it had gone bad. Also pickup the old insulation panel and it was noticeably heavier with the water that did not evaporate due to run down cooling fan. Everything put back in order and very happy with outcome. Fast response to call and quick fix.

Bosch Dryer is making a loud noise as it tumbles The drive motor is failing and making a loud noise as it runs. The blower wheel will need to be replaced as well since it will most likely break after removing it from the old drive motor. The parts are no longer available from the factory.

Whirlpool dryer was having an issue with not heating after further diagnose there was no issues with the dryer. Dryer was just not reaching the full 240 V therefore not heating up. after further diagnosed comes to be at the main outlet from the wall has a broken prong therefore not giving the full 240 V once that wall outlet is replaced dryer should be back to work

Electrolux Dryer is producing a burning smell I did not find evidence of lint burning inside of the dryer. I believe y’all are smelling the chemicals in the air from having the wood floors installed and the walls painted that are getting sucked into the dryer and combining with the heat producing an odd burning smell. That will go away overtime as a chemical smell in the house goes away. I also discovered another issue, the dryer is heating, but it’s taking forever to even reach a semi low temperature. I opened up the dryer and did not find any issues with the voltage or the heating element coils. At that point the next step will be to replace high limit thermostat and both thermistors that monitor and control the temperature. If that does not fix the issue we will need to replace the main control board as well.

Speed Queen dryer was not drying for customer. Customer had a heating elements that we could replace for them. once we went ahead and replace that part dryer was still acting up after further diagnosed does come to be the timer and simce it’s an older model. It needed a timer upgrade also needs a wiring harness upgrade in order for the new timer to work once those parts replace dryer back to working condition.

Maytag Top Load Washer was making a loud noise during the cycle. Upon inspection, I determined that the noise was coming from the drive belt slipping on the pulleys due to grease leaking down from the gear case. To fix the issue, I would need to replace the gear case, drive belt, and pulley kit.
