The guys were extremely nice and quick to diagnose and fix my issue. Repairing appliances is expensive these days, but I understand that is mostly out of their control due to cost of parts.
Definitely recommend

Actual 5 star service, showed up earlier than expected, very knowledgeable and personable. Hope we don't need their service again, but they will certainly be the first we call if the need arises. Definitely asked for their card. Price was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they responded to our distress.

UPDATE Nov 2025: Back for quick fix on putting in replacement water filter. Filter receptacle got out of alignment preventing putting in new filter. Lesson learned and also after filter replacement to run 3 gal of water thru new filter.
Immaculate Service

Martin and Action Appliance were perfect. Quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and didn't try to push any service on me when he knew it wouldn't be worth it. Cannot recommend the company and the technician highly enough.

Kenmore elite washer is not finishing a cycle intermittently. We looked in the diagnostic mode and found a F02 error code. That error means the washer could not drain in a timely manner. Looked at drain pump filter and found it was clogged with a wash cloth and other foreign items. Unclogged filter and tested washer. Washer is now working as intended. Cleaned out dryer exhaust duct as well.

GE front load washer that was taking forever to wash a load and making loud bowling ball sounds as it spun. Upon inspection, I determined that the inner tub spider assembly was worn, the outer rear tub bearings were worn, and the shock absorbers were giving out. It was not cost-effective to repair the washer.

Maytag top load washer is making a high pitched noise even when the washer is not in use. I determined the washer is not causing the noise, it is coming from the plumbing area that supplies water to the washer. Have a plumber come out and address the issue.

Clicks like its trying to ignite until at least one burner is lit. Will continue clicking if no burners are lit until unplugged from power. I suspect its the igniter swithes, but when I tried to access them through the burner heads, I was unable to remove the screws due to age and condition. Upon arrival diagnosis found the spark switch on the right front burner is out but it also grounded out the spark module. With this repair we must pull the cooktop off to get access to the parts and replace them with the new one.

Whirlpool top load washer sounds like a jet engine during the spin cycle. I determined the gear case seal has deteriorated is allowing water to leak on to the bearings inside of the gear case. That will cause the bearings to rust and produce loud noises during the spin. To fix the issue we will need to replace the gear case and slider assembly.

Customer complained that washer wouldn’t finish cycle. After further investigation we determined that the dryer motor was over heating. Customer declined the repair.

Speed Queen dryer that was producing heat but taking multiple cycles to dry larger items like towels. I checked the airflow to the outside dryer termination point and felt minimal airflow even though the dryer vent goes right outside. I looked behind the dryer and found that the dryer vent tube that connects the dryer to the wall was badly crushed due to it being way too long. I cut down the vent tube and straightened it out. I tested the dryer temperatures and they were within range. I went back outside and rechecked the airflow and it was blowing as intended. The dryer should now be drying efficiently.

Maytag top load washer sounds like a jet engine when it is spinning. I determined the bearings seal has worn out and is allowing water to leak on to the bearings causing them to rust. The gear case will need to be replaced due to the bearings being built in to it. Slider is also worn and will need to be replaced.

Dishwasher is leaking into pan .Dishwasher has more than one issue. Customer is buying new dishwasher.

Maytag top load washer that was continuously dripping water in to the tub even when not in use. I determined the water inlet valve inside of the washer had failed and is not fully shutting off to stop water from coming in to the tub. I replaced the water inlet valve and tested the washer. The washer is now working as intended.

LG front load washer that was leaking water from the bottom. Upon inspection, I found that the manual drain hose that connects to the drain pump had worn out and developed a hole, causing water to leak. I replaced the hose and tested the washer, and it was no longer leaking.
