Diagnosed the problem on our old fridge, identified the part to be replaced, and made the actual repair fairly quickly. Only hiccup was that he didn't have the part on his truck (again, it's an old refrigerator), and he had to go get the part, taking up more time. Not his fault, of course. Just frustrating. Very customer friendly attitude the whole time.

I was called to repair a GE refrigerator that was not closing properly. Upon inspection, I discovered that the door was not closing properly due to a faulty hinge. I customized the hinge to ensure a proper fit and now the refrigerator is working order.

Ge front load washer- washer will not drain the water out of the drum. I opened up the drain pump filter and found a rubber piece of the door seal jamming the drain pump impeller. I removed the rubber piece and tested the washer out. The washer is now draining and working as intended.

I was called to a home to repair a Ge profile refrigerator that was not dispensing water. Upon inspection, I found that the water tank was leaking and the loss of pressure to the dispenser was due to the casing being broken. I replaced the water tank and the dispenser and the refrigerator was working properly again.

I was called to repair a Maytag Atlantis washing machine that was making a loud noise while spinning. Upon inspection, I found that the pump bearings were seized, causing the noise. I replaced the pump and the machine is now running smoothly.

I was called to repair a Maytag Bravos washing machine that was not functioning or starting the cycle. Upon inspection, I determined that the bearings and valve needed replacing. This may not be cost effective for the customer since repair will exceed the cost of a new unit.

I was called to a home to repair a Sub-Zero refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, I found that the defrost timer and terminator needed to be replaced. I replaced the parts and the refrigerator is now cooling well.

Lg front load washer leaking- I determined that the washer is not at fault but the plumbing for the drain hose is clogged up and causing water to overflow from the plumbing on to the floor. Have a plumber come out and address the clog.

Top load bravos xl washer no power- I found that the exposed copper contacts on the UI board ended up getting oxidized over time and not allowing for proper communication for the UI board to turn on. I cleaned them off with some electronic cleaner and that allowed the UI board to turn back on. The problem will occur again at some unknown point. When that happens the next step would be to replace the UI console.

Kitchenaid Oven not heating properly looked at the oven and determined that the broil element needed to be replaced so homeowner had me replace it.

Maytag top load washer clothes wet at the end of cycle- I found that the drive hub that connects the transmission shaft to the tub is worn out and slipping. The reason the drive hub typically wears out is because the transmission shaft is worn and ruined the plastic teeth on the drive hub. We will need to replace the transmission and drive hub. Customer declined to repair.

Lg front load washer oe error code- the OE error code means that the washer could not drain the water out in a timely manner. I opened up the washer and found the drain pump impeller lost its resistance and can no longer drain the water out. I replaced the drain pump and now the washer is working as intended.
