Friendly crew

The guys were extremely nice and quick to diagnose and fix my issue. Repairing appliances is expensive these days, but I understand that is mostly out of their control due to cost of parts.
Definitely recommend

Actual 5 star service, showed up earlier than expected, very knowledgeable and personable. Hope we don't need their service again, but they will certainly be the first we call if the need arises. Definitely asked for their card. Price was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they responded to our distress.

UPDATE Nov 2025: Back for quick fix on putting in replacement water filter. Filter receptacle got out of alignment preventing putting in new filter. Lesson learned and also after filter replacement to run 3 gal of water thru new filter.

Martin and Action Appliance were perfect. Quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and didn't try to push any service on me when he knew it wouldn't be worth it. Cannot recommend the company and the technician highly enough.

John diagnosed a difficult problem and resolved. The water pipe was too short to the ice machine chute resulting in leakage. This lead to the defroster not working properly and causing a number of issues. Excellent work by John.

Maytag top load washer sounds like a jet engine when it is spinning. I determined the bearings seal has worn out and is allowing water to leak on to the bearings causing them to rust. The gear case will need to be replaced due to the bearings being built in to it. Slider is also worn and will need to be replaced.

Dishwasher is leaking into pan .Dishwasher has more than one issue. Customer is buying new dishwasher.

Maytag top load washer that was continuously dripping water in to the tub even when not in use. I determined the water inlet valve inside of the washer had failed and is not fully shutting off to stop water from coming in to the tub. I replaced the water inlet valve and tested the washer. The washer is now working as intended.

LG front load washer that was leaking water from the bottom. Upon inspection, I found that the manual drain hose that connects to the drain pump had worn out and developed a hole, causing water to leak. I replaced the hose and tested the washer, and it was no longer leaking.

Maytag performa dryer was making a scraping noise every half revolution of the drum. I opened up the dryer and found one of the screws that holds one of the baffles secure was coming loose and scraping on the inner frame as the drum spun. I tightened all the baffle screws and tested the dryer. The dryer is now sounding as intended.

Maytag washer was making a horrible noise when changing cycles from agitation to spin cycle or vice versa after further diagnose comes to be that the actuator has gone bad, therefore causing the cam kit to strip some teeth and cause that horrible stripping noise once those parts were replaced washer was back working condition with zero issues

LG dryer that was making a loud noise as it ran. Upon further inspection, I determined that one of the drum support rollers was worn out and causing the noise. I recommended replacing all the 4 roller assemblies to prevent future issues. Additionally, the drive belt was also dried up and cracking, so I replaced all four dryer support rollers and drive belt. After testing the dryer, it is now sounding as intended.

LG Dryer is displaying a TE1 error message about 5 seconds in to the cycle and will not continue drying. TE1 means the main control board thinks the blower housing thermistor has out of range ohms readings. I opened up the dryer and checked the ohms on the thermistor. The thermistor ohms are within range. At that point, the issue is going to be the main control board has failed and is inaccurately reading the thermistor ohms.

I was called to a home to repair a Bosch dryer that was not producing heat. Upon inspection, I found that the hi limit thermostat had tripped due to potential overheating. I reset the thermostat and tested the dryer, and it was heating properly. The common cause of this issue is that the dryer exhaust duct that goes outside is packed with lint.

Samsung Flex Washer that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the door handle was broken off due to the husband attempting to open the lid. I tried to turn the washer on, but there was no display. I also noticed that the bottom washer had left water in the tub and did not finish the cycle. I attempted to turn that one on, but the same chime and no display happened. The next step will be to replace the UI boards and main control board.

Working on the whirlpool refrigerator. Customer complained freezer making really loud noises even when the compressor is off. Upon arrival diagnosed found the freezer cover is completely buildup with ice. Defrosting issues. Removed and installed new fan and defrost thermostat . Checked and tested unit runs fine.
