John is the best! He diagnosed our frig issue standing in our driveway when I answered his questions. We needed a part which he sourced locally and returned the same day to install it! He knows his stuff and he was a pleasure to deal with! I would use these guys again! Top notch and priced fairly!

Ge top load washer- washer started to not spin the water out of the clothes. She tried a drain and spin and instead of it spinning it said end after a couple of minutes. Now when she tries to start a new cycle it will barely fill. It sprays a bit of water then says end. I used the GE diagnostic tool we have to see if the speed sensor is working. When I spun the tub by hand for 10 seconds the speed sensor reading did not change. At that point I went down below the washer to see if the speed sensor was still connected, and I found the drive belt frayed so much that it ended up breaking off the speed sensor from where it fits onto the drive motor. We will need to replace the drive belt along with the speed sensor and see if that fixes the issue. Customer has declined to repair.

Lg top load washer leaking- I determined the hot solenoid on the water inlet valve is leaking. The solenoids are not sold separately so we need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. I replaced the water inlet valve assembly along with the inlet hoses and now the washer is working as intended.

Kenmore elite top load washer- washer is making a high-pitched noise during the spin cycle. I determined the gear case is given out and allowing noise during the spin cycle. It will not be cost-effective to repair the washer. Maytag old school dryer- dryer made a screeching type sound during one of the heavier cycles. I was not able to reproduce the noise, but I did open up the dryer and found that one of the support rollers and idler pulley were seizing up. Customer had me lubricate the seized parts with white lithium spray in hopes that would take care of the noise. If the issue persist, the next step will be to replace those parts if we can find them.

Electrolux front load washer- washer is displaying a E11 error code and not filling with cold water. The E11 error message means the washer could not fill with water in a good amount of time. I determined the water inlet valve is failing it will need to be replaced. I replaced the water inlet valve and now the washer is working as intended.

Maytag front load washer- washer is displaying a F5E2 and is not locking the door to start a cycle. She was able to get it to work by putting pressure on the door lock. I was not able to reproduce the issue nor did I find any unusual ohm readings coming from the door lock but I still believe the door lock is randomly failing. Keep an eye on the washer and if the issue persists, I would say the next step is to replace the door lock.

Whirlpool top load washer- washer is leaking during the drain cycle. There is no issue with the washer. What is going on is the standpipe where the washer drains into is most likely clogged and allowing a backup of water through the standpipe onto the floor. This will need to be addressed by a plumber.

I was called to a home to repair a GE refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found that the evaporator fan needed to be replaced. The evaporator fan is responsible for circulating air throughout the refrigerator, and when it fails, the temperature inside the refrigerator can rise significantly. I replaced the evaporator fan and tested the refrigerator to ensure it was cooling properly.

Samsung washer se error- washer is not draining the water out of the tub. The SE error code stands for a issue with the draining. I opened up the drain pump filter on the bottom left and found the filter was packed up with hair and other foreign objects. I removed the hair and foreign objects and tested the washer out. The washer is now working as intended. If the issue comes back, the next step will be to either replace the drain pump or buy a new washer.
