Lg front load washer- washer is not draining the water out of the tub and is producing an odd noise from the bottom left of the washer. I determined the drain pump impeller broke leading to the washer not being able to drain. Replaced drain pump and now the washer is working as intended.

Lg top load washer- water would not stop filling with water unless you turn off the plumbing supply valves at the wall. I determined the water inlet valve inside of the washer is failing and sticking open when it should be closing to stop the water from coming in. I replaced the water inlet valve and that should take care of the issue.

I was called to repair a Maytag Bravos top load washer that was not drawing water and was displaying an LD error code. Upon inspection, I found that the control board was not supplying power to the pump. I replaced the board and the washing machine is now operating properly and draining.

Maytag front load washer- washer is displaying a F9E1 error message and sometimes a SD error message as well. Both of those codes relate to the water not being able to drain out of the tub in a timely manner. I opened up the washer and pulled out the drain pump filter to find a whole sheet of dog hair clogging up the filter. I removed the clog and now the washer is working as intended.

Maytag top load washer- washer will not drain and spin. I determined the lower wiring harness had a break and was not allowing 120 V to go to the drain pump when it was time for it to kick on. I replaced the lower wiring harness and now the washer is working as intended.

I was called to repair an LG gas dryer that was making a thumping noise. Upon inspection, I discovered that the rollers had a flat spot, which was causing the noise. I replaced the worn parts and tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. I also checked the drum for any obstructions and cleaned it thoroughly. After completing the repairs, the dryer was running smoothly and the customer was happy with the results.

Samsung refrigerator making noise, determined evaporator cover, drain kit and low wattage heater needed replacement to rectify issue.

Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling. Determined unit overheating has damaged compressor and other components.

Maytag dryer hitch pitched noise- I opened up the dryer and found that the idler pulley was seized up and causing the noise as it was forced to turn by the motor. Went ahead and replace the four-wheel maintenance kit that includes the idler pulley. Tested dryer and it is sounding as intended.

Ge dryer no heat- I opened up the dryer and found that one of the wires that provides power to the heating element burnt up. I rewired the purple wire and installed a new connector. I tested the dryer out and now everything is working as intended.

LG ThinQ front load washer- customer sent a photo of the washer displaying a u5 error code. The error code stands for an issue with the vibration sensor. The customer provided me with a load of clothes and I ran a complete cycle without having any issues. There is a chance the error code may have been caused due to overloading situation. Make sure to load the washer a quarter minimum and half full. If the issue persists, the next step is either going to be replacing the sensor and possibly control board or replacing the shock absorbers. Keep an eye on the washer and if you notice the washer tub is going off balance then I would say the shock absorbers would be at fault. If the drum is not going off balance, and the code is appearing then at that point the sensor and possibly control board.

Whirlpool washer issue- washer is not spinning the water out of the clothes and is displaying a F9E1 error code. I believe there is a clog inside of the drain pump filter located inside the washer. I also found that the control board is sending voltage to the water valves when it shouldn’t be. Given those two issues the customer decided to not proceed with the unclogging or any repairs.
